Getting MornUp

MornUp is coming soon on the App Store. The App Store button on this site is a coming-soon link until the live listing is approved and available.

Alarms, sounds, and notifications

If an alarm does not behave as expected, check Notifications, AlarmKit permission, Ringer and Alerts volume, Focus modes, battery level, and iOS updates. Keep a separate backup alarm for critical events.

Subscriptions and Restore Purchase

Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store. Use Restore Purchase in MornUp if you need to reconnect an existing App Store purchase.

Permissions and missions

Photo and movement missions may need camera access. Spoken missions may need microphone and speech recognition access. You can change these permissions in iOS settings.

Account deletion and privacy requests

Request account deletion in MornUp from Settings > Account Settings, or email support@mornup.app. In-app deletion requests are queued for manual deletion within 7 days where applicable.

Bug reports

When reporting a bug, include your device model, iOS version, MornUp app version, alarm time, mission type, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful when they do not include sensitive information.
